Please send a separate check for each show.  

If applying for a double space please send two checks (per show) in case we cannot accommodate for both spaces.  

Please provide pictures of your art/craft as well as your booth set up. Applications sent without pictures WILL NOT be considered.

 All Shows are Rain or Shine.      

Hours: 10 am to 4:30 pm     

Fee: $100  for each 10 x 10 space. Double spaces are allowed.

Cover: tents or tarps are necessary for sudden showers and absence of shade. Always brings weights in case of wind.

There are no breakdowns permitted before 4 p.m. except for extreme weather. 

Spaces are limited, so please return your application as soon as possible. 

Acceptances are on a postmark basis according to the type of arts & crafts sold. (ex: jewelry, woodcrafts, ceramics, etc). 

Jury team starts meeting after third week of February. We will confirm acceptances by April or as the shows fill. 

We are striving for a quality show and want only true arts and crafts handmade by you. 

We reserve the right to ask an exhibitor to leave with forfeiture of fee. ​ 

Absolutely no subletting spaces. Your name will be deleted from our database for future shows. We reserve the right to know who is selling on our property. Please include any partner name and phone number on the application. 

Viking Village cannot accept responsibility for dogs --NO DOGS 

We advertise heavily in newspapers, cable, and many radio and TV stations. Our shows enjoy an excellent reputation and draw crowds of 2000-3000 buyers rain or shine.
